Marcus Samuelsson

Marcus Samuelsson (born Kassahun Joar Tsegie; Amharic: ካሳሁን ፅጌ; 25 January 1971) is an Ethiopian-born Swedish-American celebrity chef, restaurateur and television personality. He is the head chef of Red Rooster in Harlem, New York.
